Pulled groin muscle, ouch!

@mm86:  Have you tried Salon Pas? It usually solves most of my pulled muscle problems.  Helps calm the muscles.  Hope you feel better soon!

Heating pad!  You need to stimulate blood flow to the area to repair the injured muscle fibers.  That’s an icky pull because it’s a muscle used way more often than you’d think!  Good luck!

I did that once, and it was when I was in really good shape. It was just sort of a freak thing, and holy crap did it hurt! It also took forever to heal completely.
