when buying our ties, my FI and I drove to every single JC Penney in the denver area to get them all.
I love Vineyard Vines!! They have the best patterns and colors IMO.
@denverbirdlet, haha, i imagine that's what i'll end up doing - covering every kohl's in the state! :)
What about on ebay
Or having them custom made through a seatmress!! They are super easy to make (even getting your own pattern and own material would be fun and simple!!)
We got ours from Paul Frederick. They have tons of styles/colors, great quality, and a lot of them are "two for $$" so they're a little cheaper if you buy a large amount.
We got ours from Paul Fredrick as well. We bought 2 and got the same deal Miss Root mentioned!
ok bees, is this too "girly" of a pattern, or can we make it work? it's the right color!! sorry the pic is so big.

I love it!!! Are you going to have a vest or something. The darker blue in the tie for a vest would look lovely and kind of "anchor" it a bit more.
I went to a flagship Dillards, took a swatch of material and matched it up. Then bought the 3 in stock and special ordered 6 more. It was a big pain to find the right shade--champagne is not the easiest color!
@Baileyh - thanks! I think it's pretty. No vests on the guys... just suits (black) and shirts (white? dark blue?).
I got a great website tip for ties from some magazine. http://thetiebar.com/ Every color/ pattern imaginable. And at a good price! Good luck! And I love the paisley blue tie!
we bought the ties at Macys but you can also try Amazon
We bought all of ours on amazon from the tie bar. I loved them! And they were super affordable!
@frozen yogurt - thanks for the tip! i'm going to check that out!
mr. pumpkinpenguin is not in love with the one i posted above, alas. but maybe i can find some good ones on amazon!
we got ours at http://www.ties-necktie.com/ for only $14.90 each. They look great!
ooooh, i bet i can sell him on this one much more easily as it's less girly than the one i posted above:

we saw our ties at macy's but had the same problem--they didn't have enough (we needed 8 too!). after we came home i googled the brand and found it on overstock.com. they're supposed to be delivered tomorrow...!
This Etsy seller makes custom ties for wedding parties, and the prices are pretty reasonable (around $20 per tie) -
@cColumbo - just saw your post for some reason and went to the link. A-MA-ZING!!! i'm in love with all these tie options and incredible prices.
what would i do without bees? <3
No problem! I love the site, too. The patterns are so cute! Hope you find one you and your guy love!

hey bees, anyone found any good websites for ordering ties? we are providing them for all 8 groomsmen so we need them to be affordable but still stylish. i've seen some nice ones in our wedding colors at kohl's, tj maxx, etc., but there are usually just one or two matching, and we need 8! any tips?
