Hello. I am planning an October wedding. We’re going mainly purple, but we are working the other fall colors in (orange, yellow, maybe brown/green). I can’t for the life of me figure out how to work out what the men should wear!

Charcoal. You can incorporate your other colors in boutonnieres or ties.

Agreed with both above! I am getting married in September with Violet-hued bridesmaid dresses and charcoal suits for the men. They will be either wearing a violet shirt or a white one (if the violet shirt then they’ll have a either a patterned or neutral tie, if the white it will be a colored tie)
If you wanted another accent color to work with, I would suggest using a deep blue or maybe forest green?

Call me wacky, but I say brown tuxes. The brown will look nice in the fall with the yellows and oranges. The purple will make the fall colors pop.

While I LOVE gray suites w/ purple – when you indicated the rest of your scheme, I don’t think the gray will fit as well as charcoal.

I also love a grey suit! Our wedding colors were deep reds and purples and we tied it all together with the boys wearing grey suits and adding silver accents.

I think either black, charcoal or gray – any would look great so whichever you prefer!
