I would go with a red bouquet! Those colors together are very rich looking and plus it would go well with your other color scheme...

I think if you go for a light shade of purple for the flowers that would totally work fine without it being too much purple.
You can also go with white anemones with black centers. I love them!
I am thinking of using them as my bridesmaid bouquets. Or atleast somewhere in my wedding.
My colors are Black, white, (damask), Silver, and aqua.

UMMM, my color is black, white and purple....Red bouquet is kinda conflicting isn't it?? lol
Sorry MsJ26, but RED honey, does not go with black, white and PURPLE. The surprise will be a "WTH" was she thinking...
Now that's what I am talkin about Ivlanie! It adds dimension! I think the red would be better on a darker purple though...
I have the same colors
I'll incorporate the damask I was thinking calas in plum for me and white calas for them.
I think purple on purple is pretty!
But if you don't like that you can give them white flowers and you can have purple.
I don't know if this is any help...but my girls had eggplant dresses and light purple roses. My MOH had the roses , as well as darker purple orchids that I had in my bouquet as well. I also added white orchids to my bouquet. So, having the same flowers as your girls and just adding different elements would work. GL!

I think purple, or white, or purple and white would be fine! I might be pretty to do a dark blue flower in with the purple just to bring some contrast.
i think lavender or a lighter shade of purple would look nice...but i don't know about red
We had black dresses, but our color's were mostly eggplant/purples, greens, ivory and black. Here is the picture that I used as inspiration for my flowers.

Pretty!!!! Thx everyone! I'm loving the white flowers with touches of black in them! It has a nice contrast to the bright royal purple dresses. But than, what color flowers should I do? I want my bouquet to stand out of course! Hee hee and I wanted purple flowers for me but how can I incorporate the purple bouquet with the black and white bouquets?
@Asia_Leone: The biggest trend in flowers right now is purple and red
MsJ26: I love it. It's every where! All of the new pics are that combo. I thought my florist was crazy when she suggested it. I was like red??? You are crazy. Until she showed me pics. The flower trial looked amazing next to my purple dresses can't wait for the purple and red bouquets that day!
Hi MWitter80, I'm sure that can be nice combo and all if that's the theme. Sprinkes of red/purple throughout...It's not that I am disagreeing with the uniqueness of that look but I would like to follow a certain sequence...and mine is is pretty simple: black, white with purple accents :)LOL
It important whatever flowers my BMs and myself use, it should be incorprate throughout the reception...keeping with a sequence.
For example, the bouquet below, although pretty but it just doesn't go with my theme...Thanks tho!
My friend had an eggplant color for the BM dresses. They carried long stem calla lillies and the bride carried white roses and calla lillies with a few dark purple flowers in it. Looked great! Very elegant!
My girls are wearing African violet from Dessy and my girls are doing mainly green cymbidium orchids with some light green roses and hydragnea too...

i totally agree with @ivlanie.
i would do blackand white bouquets... those black and white poppies are TO DIE FOR!!!!!
simple is better, and i wouldnt try and introduce another color since black and white with just ONE accent color is SOOOO classy!
my bridesmaid dresses are purple too(amythest:)! We are doing flowers of all diff shades of purples and putting some pink roses in with it to really make them pop in pictures. My florist got some examples for me and it looks FAB! (I wasn't big at first on mixing pink and purple but it really does look amazing!)
Were doing the same colors and my BM will be holding all white flowers and i will be holding purple...
When I picture that color theme in my head I see the bms with different kinds of white flower bouquets so it doesn't look TOO uniform (I'm not a uniform-stick-to-a-strict-color-theme girl) but different bouquets of white flowers would be pretty and would stay within theme.
BTW
@MSJ26 LOVE the idea of the red for a pop of color and something unique!!!

My MOH will be in a dark purple and I was thinking about using amnesia roses as I don't want a full contrast with ivory/white flowers. Has anyone got any pics of something like this I could look at? Would love your opinion.
I'm probably doing dark purple/eggplant BM dresses and using these as the bouquet http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod1480822&navAction=push
I don't think that's too much purple since the bouquets have a lot of green to break it up.
If you don't want to add another colour, why not just white for the BMs? It will stand out and contrast against the deep purple & black of their dresses and accessories and lighten the whole look.
For yourself you could either do a larger white bouquet. Or if you want to add some colour to your own, you could either add in some lilac/purple flowers, wrap the stems with purple ribbon or go entirely lilac & purple so it stands out against your dress.
My colours are white, black and royal blue, so similar in the sense I have a very deep colour. I ummed and ahhhed over flower colours - considered adding in another colour (orange, bright pink, soft pink). But in the end I wanted to stick with a very clean and sophisticated look, so the whole wedding will JUST be white black and blue. In the end I am having white roses and lisianthus wrapped with a blue ribbon, and BM's will have a smaller version.

You could do Baby's breath poofs. It would be really pretty next to the purple dresses.

Hello bees,
So my wedding color is black, white and purple. Black and white Damask with royal purple to be exact. My dress is ivory, my BM dresses are purple. I'm wearing a huge flower birdcage (invory/white) and my BM's have mini black little black flowers birdcages and black strappy sandals.
I can't figure out what color flowers for our bouquets...Originally I was thinking purple for them but if they are wearing purple dresses it might be too much purple and I want a little contrast. Should I ope for white and some black in it? But if I do that, what color flowers should my bouquet be? Any help is appreciated!
