They are Cole Haan (with Nike Air soles)
I got them at a super good deal at the outlet (30% off the outlet price)...not on the website but maybe you could still find 'em at a store.
These are similar, though dunno about the penny slot:
Cole Haan with Nike Air soles are super comfy. I've only had sandals before, but they totally hide it in the dress shoes so you can't even tell (by looking, def by feeling)
I found these shoes on Bluefly and Zappos... I LOVE them.
