I don't know much about DJs in that area but a photographer i LOVELOVELOVE and totally recommend would be Amy Rose. You can visit her website here: http://amyrosephotography.com/main.php
She's based out of Mt. Vernon (and part time in CA), but she'll travel. Our wedding is in IC and it's not a problem. So far she has done my brothers wedding, will be doing mine in Aug '10, senior portraits for one sister, baby photos for another sister, etc etc. we LOVE her. She likes to keep things natural - outside as much as possible, and is a ninja about capturing impromptu moments, which I greatly prefer.
She'll also spend time in the months preceeding sending you discounts, having you come by to do glamour shots and practice being in front of a camera, sends emails with tips and trades (especailly good intel about which makeup works best in photography). Plus she's a sweetheart and is really easy to work with!

Kmarie- We are planning to get married July of 2011. I was just looking up DJ's and I found DJ Rebel Entertainment. I am not sure exactly what you want, but he has amazing reviews. He just sent me an e-mail, its $625 for 5 hours of music, lightshow and more.

No pricing is on the site, but what is included in the price I mentioned above is on the site. I hope that helps, I haven't found any other Dj's yet. I am away at college, but getting married in Davenport where I grew up. I hope that helped.

I'm getting married Sept. 3, 2011 and right now in the process of looking for photographers and Dj's. Anyone have any suggestions or good reviews of any? I'm trying to get things planned because with going to schoo full time I'm super busy. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks.
