Hello all! I was wondering if anyone had some helpful hints on where I can order great wedding inviations where I’m not spending an arm and a leg. I found Pockets and Folds site, really nice stuff but for 100 invites really expensive. I heard Michaels had them too but they were flimsy?
So any tip would be greatly appreciated, I’d love any ideas on templates too that I can print at home as well if you know of a great site.
Thanks so much,

I’ve heard a number of bees had great luck printing their invites through Vistaprint. They run specials through Groupon, Amazon deals, etc., so you can get a nice chunk of money off there. They also have templates, or you can upload your own. Might be worth checking out their site. Good luck!

we DIYed our invites..we bought the outer envelopes from envelopemall.com , relaly cheap bout 25 bucks for 100.
the invite, response cards, pocketfold and response envelope.. i made all by hand. Michaels does have sets- AC MOORE too..but i know a lot of brides then add to them- they arent always complete. It can be a lil easier and cheaper to do it that way ( use coupons.)

I got mine from invitationbox.com and they were half the price I was quoted at my local print shop (same exact invitations).

Another option is to buy a customized downloadable template (like from http://www.etsy.com) and then bring that template to your local printer (like Kinko’s). You can then embelish them using the pocketfolds or bellybands/monogram stickers (affordable and cute ones are at http://www.cardsandpockets.com).
Etsy has the cutest designs, you should definitely check them out. 🙂

I got mine from Vistaprint! With a Groupon, they were about 33 cents per invite.

I designed my own and printed through Catprint. I highly recommend them- their color quality and paper choices are much better than Vistaprint.

I designed my own and had them printed through Cards and Pockets’ print shop (www.cardsandpockets.com). The did a fabulous job with the printing and trimming and I was very pleased with the paper quality (be sure to order samples first)! They were very easy to work with and had great customer service, too.
