So I have to share because these things are my obsession!!! Anyone who wants to stay healthy, but also has a sweet tooth(meeee)- you must try Quest bars. They come in many flavors, but I buy the chocolate chip cookie dough by the cases! Lol. I eat one of these for breakfast every. Single. Day. The trick is… They are kind of “tough” if you were to just eat the bar, but if you warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds… Tastes like a fresh cookie!!! I am able to fight off late night cravings because I just tell myself that I get a cookie when I get up in the morning!!! Lol. I’m sure they would make for great snacks too, but they are 21g protein, so I only have one a day since I have several other protein sources. And here’s a few of the nutritional values that I like:
1. No sugar added (Only 1g sugar)
2. High fiber.
4. under 200 cals (190)
5. Only 3g of non-fiber Carbs
7. Easy to warm up and eat!
You get them at health stores (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc) and depending on sales run between $2-$3. Worth it in my opinion to satisfy my sweet tooth! Anyway, anyone else love these things????
