Since you will be coming in to complete the circle, can they come in just before you, to join in the circle? Just have a bigger space to allow them to join in. They can stay standing, while you say your vows.

During post-engagement (pre-planning) excitement, I asked a four close friends to stand up in my wedding. I am still excited to have them be involved, but now I don't know what to do!
I was having a lot of aisle anxiety (daddy/divorced parent issues) and I've decided to skip the aisle altogether. During the ceremony (at a park), chairs will be set up in a circle, my FI and I will just come in, complete the circle, and get married!
How can I honor my close friends, since there will be no aisle? Should I still get bouquets for them? Could there be another, 'special' way for them to enter? Or should I just ask them to do a toast, hold a ring, sign the marriage certificate?
