I think that LCI Paper is a good deal:

We’re going to do the very simple 5 1/4 inch square folders in Ecru.  I think that the square size can be either funky or elegant in shape and dressed up easily with a font or graphic in Word, Publisher, etc.  They are only $12 for a box of 50!

There are also a lot of fancier options.  Just note (as in an other post on cardstock in the Boards) that many of the fancier papers are hard to print on with ink jet or laser of you are DIY.

kelly paper works best for bulk paper for me.  but they’re a paper warehouse and i usually go to the actual store to look at color and feel the weight of the paper.  when ordering online, try to get samples first if you can so you can better decide.
