Ok this might be a dumb question and I’m fine with that but
What is my dad supposed to do the morning of?
If my mom is with us at the salon getting our hair done etc I don’t wanna make my dad feel abandoned haha.

Not sure if there is something dads are “supposed” to do, but my dad will be at home getting ready with my brothers and probably helping us do/get last minute things.

Could he hang out with the guys or you fiance’s dad? Just ask him if he wants to just relax and do whatever it is he wants or not.

I honestly have no idea what my dad did. That’s a good question. I think he hung out with other friends/family who travelled for the wedding….

I think FFIL will be taking a nap

Threaten the groom, of course!

Haha, my dad was in the hotel room next door watching TV. =)

He has a few options:
1. Run an errand for the bridal party (i.e. pick up breakfast, coordinate the vendors coming through–flowers, hair, make-up, photographer, wts)
2. Hang out with the girls.
3. Hang out with his “guys”–brothers, uncles, his dad, etc.

During my sister’s wedding my dad had to drive my mom and I over to her hotel to get ready. He ended up disappearing for a few hours. We assumed he was with the guys, the guys assumed he was with us. Where was he? he parked the car under a tree and took a nice long nap. LOL. For my wedding, he dropped my mom and sister off at my hotel and spent the afternoon with my niece 🙂 So essentially, anything he wants to do.

My dad was perfectly happy having the day “off” until he needed to be at the church for photos. Of course, he was also on-call in case we forgot anything. 😉

My dad went golfing! Haha at first I was like “wtf, you are going golfing the day of the wedding!?!” but then I realized that there was literally NOTHING else that he needed to do, and he was going a little stir-crazy, so it was nice to have him out of our hair 🙂

I think my dad will be having breakfast with the guys; then helping to get all the guys to church on time.

My dad delivered a couple of things to the venue with me, then he had lunch with us and got ready with my brother.
