I'm guessing it has something to do with your browser. Do you use Firefox or Chrome, and have any plugins or extensions installed? If so, could you try disabling all of your plugins/extensions and restarting your browser... then leaving some test comments here?
I've seen a Firefox plugin create a similar issue before, so I thought we'd start there.

Just did a bit more research, and there have been similar reports of these numbers appearing on other websites - as early as early 2009:

If it's not a Firefox plugin, it may actually be spyware? If disabling your browser plugins doesn't do the trick, I would suggest running anti-spyware software like Spybot or Anti-Malware:

@mrbee: umm...all of them :) seriously Mr.Bee I'm a plugin whore. I disabled like 20 of them I wasn't going to take any chances...And it's not like I really need any of them lol
