SPF 60 is only about 5% more powerful than SPF30 so I doubt you’d get a tan. Personally I wouldn’t risk a burn that close to my wedding. Don’t wear sunscreen and spend some time outside the rest of the week – hopefully you’ll get a bit darker.

I don’t know the science involved but I have had luck with an spf 4 tanning oil or lotion, like hawaiian tropic.  I still tanned through but no burn.

Try an spf 10 oil.  Spend like 15 min outside at a time and check your face to make sure it is not getting too pink.

Anything higher than 20 is not going to let you tan at all.
