That’s odd, I have a set like that, but they’re no where near 25 feet long.  More like 25 inches.  I suggest buying one set first to see if that’s not a typo before you go and buy a bunch.

Oh, and to answer your question, I doubt it matters if you connect 3.  They always lowball the number to play it safe and protect against lawsuits.  You’d probably be ok doing 4 even, since its not like the lights will be unattended.

I think you really may be running a risk connecting more than 2 sets together.  Is there a way you can test three plugged in together?

What if you connet 2 from one corner and then from the other corner connect the other one?

it could be a typo, but I don’t think so. 25 inches would be 2 feet…that sounds a bit unlikely to me..look at the connectors, sometimes the end won’t connect to another strand (this always frustrates me @ Xmas time). if it will connect, try 3 or 4 together at home for an extended period of time. see what happens

There is no danger in connecting more together. Mythbusters proved it. Basically as long as the extension cord is up to code and everything you’ll be just fine connecting multiple cords together.

I wonder if they still have these lights available. I was just at that Target and I forgot to check!

Thanks!
