I think you’re asking about the address that printed on the RSVP envelope so people can send the card back to you, right?

If so, it definitely does not need to be calligraphied or hand-written.  Often times, if you’re ordering invitations from a catalog, the price to have your name and address printed right on the front of the envelope is included.

If you’re DIYing, sticking clear labels with your info on it is fine, too.  Friendly suggestion…in addition to printing where people send the RSVP back to, since you already have a list of the invitees, I merged my list to labels and stuck a label on the back of the RSVP envelopes with each guest’s name and address so they didn’t have to fill out their own return address.

That way, if anyone forgets to write their name on the actual RSVP card (this happens a lot), you’ll know who it’s from because their name will already be on the envelope.  It’ll save you some time in figuring out who sent you a blank RSVP and jsut checked the "will attend" line!
