    @MrsMc77:  Ok! Yeah, I’m no expert so I can’t tell from the rular. Is it 5 mm across? That’s what my stone is and it’s a .65 round … ?

    My stone is 5.5mm across and is 0.7 carats. I would say that the diamond is close to 1/2 carat, but it’s hard to tell because I can’t see how deep it is.

    I blew up the image in mspaint and it looks about 4.5mm to me, which most charts would put it at .33 carats. Though if you say the table appears large for its proportions, a shallower stone would weigh less (as carat refers weight, not length), so maybe .30 carats?

    I think if you look for settings that fit 0.25-0.5 it should fit. I mean, obviously check it before you buy anything, but that is definitely the right ballpark. What kind of setting did you have in mind? So many choices!
