Hi hive! I have my hair and makeup trial tomorrow (eeeek!) and I'm not sure how to tip. The makeup artist owns the company (you're not supposed to tip the owner, and then there is a woman who will be doing my hair. They are an on-location company, so they'll be coming out to my apartment. I have heard that you're not supposed to tip the owner of a company, but you do tip other employees. Is this correct? Does it make a difference that they're coming to me? These are probably really dumb questions, but thanks for any insights you guys might have!
