    Morning,

We already sent out our save the date cards, which was before I knew we would have a wedding website.  I heard that you usually put the wedding website on your save the date card, :(  Would it be ok to put the website on the bottom of the map that we are including in our wedding invitations?  I want people to know that the website is there for them to check for updates and news.  Also a great way to get our registry out there since we are doing a honeymoon registry. What do ya'll think?

I think it's okay to list the wedding website somewhere in the invitation suite, as long as it's not on the actual invitation.  The map card sounds like a good place for it.  Maybe include a line like "For more information about directions and accomodations, visit our website" so there's a reason it's on that card.

I put our website on the information card. I said "Please check out our website for more weekend events or updates and other information"  Side note: our wedding is pretty informal, thus the wording!

That should be fine.  We actually did the same thing.  We didnt get the website up in time to put the address on the STDs, but we incuded a map/directions card with the invitations and at the bottom wrote "for more information to help you plan your trip, please visit our website at www.nameandname.net"

I put it on the STDs, but I'm afraid people will lose those.  I don't know where there's any space on our other four inserts to put it!  Anyway, I think I may have to put it on the bottom of the invite.

We put ours on the bottom of the invite and the rsvp postcard and the save the date. Our wedding is informal.

We are paying for the site and I put a LOT of time into it so we want people to use it, especially because we are having a destination wedding and people have a lot of questions about things-all that info is on the website. It saves so much time to just be able to direct them there!
