The Waldorf Astoria is nice... Sorry I haven't been to most of those hotels. The photographer you hired might be a little more willing to do some research for you.
You could also post this someplace else to get more general responses from bees who might have been to those hotels. They can probably tell you what each one looks like as well as any photog can.

What is your favorite manhttan hotel to take pictures in? I'm trying to find a hotel suite to get ready in the morning of the wedding that will fit me, my 5 bridesmaids, mom, grandmother, hair & makeup artists, photographer and videographer. (Only me and my sister will be spending the night before in the suite). It's so hard for me to tell online if the suites I've been looking at will fit us comfortably!
Any thoughts on the following hotels? Any other suggestions? My wedding is in Greenpoint/Williamsburg Brooklyn, but I'd like to get ready in Manhattan since I grew up there and really want some manhattan shots.
The Thompson
The Bowery Hotel
W Union Square
Hotel on Rivington
I'd love something with a great view! Thanks for any help you can provide!
