In most cases you won’t feel anything at this point because it’s not until 7-10 days after conception that the embryo implants and starts sharing your bloodstream, etc.

That said, I do think that some women (myself included) just “know” when they are pregnant.  But I chalk that up more to intuition or a gut feeling rather than an actual symptom.

Good luck to you with the TWW!! I hope you get good news.

Well, my cycles were 23-29 days (hadn’t regulated after going off the pill).  Probably by day 20 my breasts were fuller, but I didn’t notice anything else.  I think everyone is different, though.  I didn’t have gas early on in pregnancy, but drowsiness sounds about right!

Edit:  It turns out I probably ovulated early that month, so that could always happen, too.

The only symptoms I had very early on in the pregnancy were really bad cramps, which felt exactly like PMS cramps.  Apparently, it is your uterus expanding to make room for the embryo.  I remember being so confused because it lasted for a few weeks and I was expecting my period the whole time!  For me, the heartburn/gas and exhaustion didn’t set in until around 10 weeks and hit me like a ton of bricks, it was unmistakable at that point!

My first symptoms were sore breasts and a tiny bit of spotting after sex about 4 days before I was expecting my period. 36 hours later I got a BFP!

oddly enough, food cravings.  With my daughter, it was Chinese!

It really depends on how well you know your body and what’s normal/abnormal for you.

With my son, I started outgrowing and showing REALLY early.

The only thing I can say is wait and hope.  There ARE some tests out there that are supposed to be able to pick up pregnancies early on.

try this place, they seem to have really good reviews:

I sort of felt something was different the month we conceived, but didn’t have any symptoms until about 2 weeks after my missed period. But everyone and every pregnancy is different!

If you think something’s up get a First Response-type test and find out!

Good luck! 🙂
