I noticed that Manduka was having a 25% off sale in honor of black Friday. I’ve been thinking about switching out my Lululemon mat for a Manduka one in hope of finding something a little bit more cushiony for my wrists, spine, and knees. Does anyone have an opinion or preference?

I have two Gaiam mats, and I only have them because I got them both for free, but I think they work great. One has long stripes down it, and I really like the fact that I can use the stripes to line up my feet in warrior poses. Sometimes I wish I had a mat with a cuter design, but I think the stripes are too helpful to switch. Sorry that I don’t have any more helpful feedback on brands!

I do Baptiste power yoga which is heated. I love my Lululemon “The Mat” because it offers support and my hands don’t slip due to sweat.
