I think I would possibly remove the Oakwood Room reference. We had our ceremony and reception at the same location and we just said "Reception to follow" or something like that. I would use the Reception card to have directions to the location and a map maybe. At the location itself, you might want to have signs to direct people to the reception, unless the location has people that can show guests the way.

This might be a really dumb question but here it goes.
Our ceremony and reception is at the same place. At the bottom of main part on invitation I added cocktails, dinner, and dancing immediately following in Oakwood Room. That is what the room is called but the venue has a different name how should I word it so that my guest know it is at the same place?
I wanted to use our reception card as a direction card, so it kind of creates a problem, I think...
