I did it in order of how they were standing in the ceremony, with the MOH and the best man at the top. I listed the brides' and grooms' parties side by side, so the names would line up with whoever they ended up walking up the aisle with.
is it bad to line them up according to how long i have known each of them? or is alpha or height always the best guide?
Jules, you can line your wedding party in whatever order you prefer. I did it by height, just to avoid any issues, but it worked out well anyways. Be careful though - one bridesmaid may be offended if she's put at the end, when she's assuming she'll be closer to you. Heigh usually does work best if you will have your bridemaids escorted up and/or down the aisle. It just looks nicer in photos, but it's all up to you!
after the maids of honor and best man, we did ours by height. i wouldn't want any of them to feel like they were last or anything...

I want to get the info over to the printer with enough time to get them printed...but I'm not sure how I'm doing the line up of the wedding party yet..
Do I list them in alphabetical order?
