So we’re having our wedding in my aunt’s front yard of her bed & breakfast, under a tent.
Our caterer can provide soda, but it’s typical stuff like Pepsi/Mtn Dew/etc, which we aren’t fans of…. so instead, we are buying Izze sodas to serve.
But, how can we store/display them without it looking like a BBQ/picnic? Is there a way to make coolers look nice?
Also – how many sodas per-person should we buy? I was thinking 2 sodas per person. Because we’re also buying water bottles, and having booze.

Could you transfer it to those cute glass bottles with the air tight top? And then guests will get it poured into a glass? If not, cute labels should do the trick! =D

There are a million ways to dress up a cooler. You could get large metal tubs and put ice in them and have the sodas in there. You could make a little sign with the different flavors listed and frame it on the bar, that way guests will know what’s available. Those were just two ideas that I thought of right off the top of my head.

@starz88962: I’m the least crafty person ever; so coming up with cute/sophisticated ideas is completely out of my comfort zone, lol. Thanks for your suggestions 🙂 I was thinking about galvanized tubs, I’m just not sure how long they’ll last before the ice completely melts.

@LadyMoriarty: 2 per person is fine. I would have ice and keep them outside of coolers. Maybe refrigerate them the night before or something.

I think one soda per person would be enough.
