Usually if I O earlier in my cycle, my next cycle will start however long my LP is. So, if I O'ed on CD11 and I usually have a 12 day LP, then I'll look to start around CD 23. Didn't you have a fever earlier this week? sometimes getting sick will mess up my cycles too.
@Mrs. Bonnie Blue: Yeah, I was sick Weds/Thurs...and have had an awful cold ever since. Just wondering when to watch for AF. Even though I am not feeling confident this month, I can't help but be hopeful towards the end of TTW. Thanks for the response!
Maybe you actually ovulated later, like on day 18? Think back over days 13 to 18 and ask if there might be another reason for the higher temps. Alcohol? Sick? Sleep time thrown off? I see you had a sore throat, so maybe it was just a fever for your sickness?
I'm saying all of this because I have had the experience of once thinking that I O'd but it actually didn't happen for much later.
I'm partly suspicious because of your drop way down past the cover line, even though I know there are such things as implantation dips and other reasons for dips.....just made me wonder.
@bunnylovesbear: Your LP should pretty much always be the same. For example, mine is consistently 14 days, and if I O on CD16 or CD10, regardless, AF should arrive 14 days later. Your O date can change each month, but your LP should remain consistent. Sometimes people say, "Oh, stress is why your period is late." That's not true. Stress can delay O, which in turn delays AF, but it shouldn't affect your Luteal Phase. I would think the same would hold true for having a cold or being sick. Whatever your normal LP is should apply here, even if you O'd early:)
Okay, thanks ladies. That's what I thought. Here's to hoping I actually ovulated!

I have a question for you ladies...
I ovulated earlier than expected this cycle (according to FF and countdowntopregnancy.com, anyways), and now I'm not sure when to expect my period! According to my chart, I ovulated on CD12, but I wasn't expecting to O until CD16. So normally, I wouldn't expect AF til next Saturday-ish, but if I'm at 12DPO today, wouldn't I expect AF to come earlier than usual too?
I tested this morn...BFN (although I did an OPK first and that was darker than usual, which made me hopeful) Normally, my temp dips back down on 13DPO and then I get my period the next day.
Here's my updated chart for reference.
