I have done the 30 day shred a few times but never consistently (or recently). For bees who have done it do you recommend it? I need to lose 40-45 pounds, so I dont know if the 30 day shred is a good place to start for my workouts?
my other question is it safe to do it every day? i thought you were suppose to let your muscles rest a day. For bees that did it, did you also do other cardio or just the shred? what were your results? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated 🙂

I have never completed it, but from what I understand, it is a body weight workout (ie pushups and jumping jacks and squats and such), you are not lifting heavy weights, so it is probably okay to do every day. I know the video is made with the idea you will do it every day.
I know my coworker really liked it, she is on her second or third time through.
You probably know this, but of course if you want to lose weight you also need to be tracking your food intake, eating plenty of vegetables and lean proteins, and limiting your processed foods.

I haven’t done it in a while. I don’t remember how much weight you’re “supposed” to lose, but it all depends on your current body and the food you eat of course. I was already 130lbs when I did it and I didn’t lose anything but I did notice a bit of muscle definition.
As for doing it everyday, I think it works different muscle groups on different days. But I could be wrong, it’s been a while.

I lost roughly 10 pounds with it, and I did it every day. There’s 3 different levels, do each one for 10 days or so. I also took walks sometimes while I was doing the shred.
