Do they provide tables and chairs? Quantity? (Some will only provide up to a certain amount)
Sound system?
Do you have to rent a dance floor?
Do they allow set up outside (if you have a venue with an outdoor area)?
Is there a specific caterer you have to use?
Is there fee for security (officers)?
How much is the security deposit?
Do you have to pay extra for the rehersal time?
How much of the deposit do they need now?
How many mos do they need notice for cancellation and do you get the full amount back?
Do you have an allotted amount of time and how much are additional hours?

do you need insurance

do they have an in house dj you have to use or can you bring in anyone

what kind of standard linens do they have and are they floor or half length

how many people are allowed at the tasting and how much it is to bring extra people (i.e. mine is only for 2 people, we’re paying for our parents to taste the food)

are the tables rounds of 8, 10 or 12

is there a rental fee for the room on top of the per plate cost

what is the minimum and maximum number of guests

are chair covers provided

are candles or open flames allowed

are they any set up costs involved

how long is the bar open

is there a cake cutting fee

are gratuities and taxes included in the cost per plate

what is the discounted cost for vendors meals

what is the discounted cost for kids meals

what is the ratio of staff to tables

what’s the fee structure

is parking free

is there a safe in the bridal suite

(if needed – are there hotels in the area and do they have a relationship with any of these)

is the facility exclusive to you or how many other functions are happening the same day/night
