Hey guys so I have contacted wedding planners and I have about 10ish that are reasonbly priced and I love their style. Now I’m up to the point where I have to get in contact with all of them again and kind of decide who I want to hire. What are some appropriate questions I should ask them to help me narrow down my decision?
I already know pricing so it has to be something beyond that….Is it appropriate to ask for reccommendations, or a portfolio?

I would ask:
How many weddings have you done in the past year?
Do you have assistants/helpers with you the day of the wedding?
How many weddings/events will be happening at this venue on my date? If more than one, how do you split your time?
What exactly do your services include? (set up/take down? decorating? timeline planning? Will he/she go with you to attend tastings, flower appointments, DJ/band meetings? etc.)
Will you be my point of contact going forward, or will I ever deal with someone else?
Can you refer me to some other brides that can recommend your service?
Do you have contacts/good relationships/a preferred vendor list with other vendors?
That’s all I can think of for right now!
