So, I am getting married in just 2 weeks. Well, we need to get groomsmen gifts and bridesmaid gifts quick! As well as parental gifts. Not sure what we should get! Problem is it's kinda too late to order anything, especially because of the holiday season.

My bridesmaids are my 2 friends from highschool, and the other one is my fiance's 14 yr old sister. I have no maid of honor.

Our groomsmen are my fiance's 11 yr old brother and uncle(in late 30s/early 40s), and his best man is his 24 yr old brother.

Anyways, any ideas of what we could get them? Do you think we should order something?

Any for suggestions for something I could purchase in a mall??

    Thanks in advance!

We got the girls clutches and the guys wallets.  I also made the girls day-of survival kits.  There are lots of options, but some of the common ones I've read about her on WB are clutches and jewelry for the girls, don't think i've read any posts about guy gifts.  What do your attendants like?  Do you prefer to get them something personalized or all the same thing for each sex?

I saw a blog earlier where the bride got her BMs each flannel pjs, hot choc mix, and a gift card to like a Barnes & Noble. I thought that was kind of cool for a wintery wedding gift idea. You could also think spa night (mani/pedi kit and wine) or movie (pjs, fye gift card, fuzzy socks, popcorn, gummy bears,). I think the theme ideas are pretty cool.

Im getting my BMs a flower clip for their hair, jewelry (from Macy's) for the ceremony, a wine glass with "Bridesmaid" painted on it (DIY) and I got them a purse valet.

For GM i think my Fiance wants to get them either a flask with their name engraved on it or a wallet/money clip.

We did jewelry, survival kits (DIY - I went crazy in the mini section at Meijer, which is like walmart but better in the midwest), and gift certs for the girls (spa for one, home depot for another, performing arts center for the third, all based on their interests/life stage). For the guys, we got leather weekender bags and a case of cheap beer (yay PBR, hahaha....) Everyone seemed to LOVE their gifts.

Other gift you could consider, for girls: framed photo of you together, nice purse in her style, scarf/hat/mitten set in her style, cute cotton robes for getting ready (you could even put their names on them with that iron-on fabric transfer paper you can get at Michael's - it's easy to use!)

for guys: cigars, beer/other alcohol (seriously - our guys LOVED it!), golf/video game/fishing/etc stuff that they're into, tie and cufflinks, magazine subscription.

The gifts don't have to be specifically wedding-y - just think about what you would get that friend as a gift!

for the girls? how about a makeup bag and a gift card to ULTA or Sephora?...Target has some really cute bathrobe and slippers too!

for the guys? thats difficult, cigars are always good - Zippos - Flasks.

When I was a junior bridesmaid in my sister's wedding at 13, she got me a special necklace that was different from the rest of the girls. It was just a simple chain with a little sparkly center, but I loved it because it felt so grown up.

love the PJs and hot chocolate idea!!  i made the girls jewelry for them and put it all in a large, personalized bag that they used for bringing personal items to the wedding to leave in the bridal suite. i also hand painted wine glasses and gave them a pashmina..

the guys got engraved beer steins with a fancy micro-brewed beer and we bought them their ties..

Maybe take the girls out for manis or pedis a couple of days before? or maybe gift cards to try a cool new workout/activity/dancing class that you can do together after the wedding? (they all can be different to match each girls personality!)

    @srearley: I'm pretty sure thats what Miss.Knitting did! :)
