I tried to quit biting my nails, but couldn't do it. I ended up just going with gels to cover up that mess.
It's so hard to stop, especially because my partner is a biter too, so I often find I'll be doing really well and then BAM! I see him biting his nails and I'll catch myself doing it later!
I guess I cave to peer pressure even subconsciously haha.
Another nail biter here. Really, really want to quit and get gels in a few months. Ahhh, it's so hard to quit 'cause I bite them when I'm stressed, when I'm bored...
I quit a couple years ago for several months and they started to look really good but then they just break when I'm at work. :(
that sucks that they break due to work, I find that mine break a lot r are trimmed way more when I am gardening (which is basically all summer) :/
I always find that I'll manage for just under a month and then something stressful will crop up then it is back to square one!

Did anyone out there decide to quit anything (like a bad habit) in preparation for the wedding? I know lots of people try to eat healthier and lose weight before their weddings, but I was curious if anyone gave up anything else?
I've given up coffee (trying to brighten my smile), biting my nails (ew I know!), smoking(hopefully with no relapses) and snacking after 8pm.
