My dad always says, "It will all work out in the end. If it hasn't worked out yet, it isn't the end yet." Not terribly romantic, but it kept my head above water when things were falling apart during planning!

Only because I sent this quote via text message to my fiance (only with his name) when we broke up after 3 years together and we got back together 4 months later, that was 3 years ago now and the rest is history! So, now that quote makes me smile.
"do everything with love and let go of the results." i love that quote and try to live my life that way. i used to be such a control freak about everything and would be devastated when something didn't turn out the way i expected it to, no matter how much blood, sweat and tears i put into something. now, i realize everything happens for a reason and just do the best that i can (and be honest with myself about it) and surrender to the universe.
I've got two. "Love is never a matter of course." My Dad (of all people) Explanation: Love is not a course, you don't follow a path exactly right and it happens. Love happens when you least expect it, even if you broke all the "rules"!

I haven't posted in a while (I am finally overcoming my WB addiction just a bit) but I had to share a quote I came across recently that I loooove because I think it describes my husband and me perfectly. Maybe it describes you and your SO too. :)

This is ever-so-slightly off-topic, but my all time favorite quote is from the 18th century political philosopher J.J. Rousseau. He is discussing whether or not women should have a role in public life and he says,

This is a little vulgar but Sweetie and I loved it. We were watching the comedy channel and the comic said: "F**K when you can, fight when you have to and ride out the rest."
My favorite is a Dave Matthews quote:

This one is very simple but it applies to everyone and I love it.
