Who else has their wedding day occur on a rainy/gloomy day?
Has a date which currently states that it is predicted to be a day of rain/overcast?
According to The Weather Channel my wedding date appears to predict a 70% chance of rain. I am trying to look on the positive side of things, yet I can’t help but be dissapointed and full of nervousness.
If anyone else has any insight it would be so amazing.
Thank you! 😀

It rained for literally a week straight before my wedding. The day of my wedding, it was overcast. I didn’t mind the overcast because it’s actually better for pictures. No shadows, no squinty eyes, not as hot, etc. However, the whole week of rain before the wedding was a bummer because it made all the grass wet and soggy and we couldn’t get a lot of the outside pictures we wanted. But we made it work and our pictures were great.
As long as your wedding is indoors, there’s nothing to be worried about. Besides, there could be a few breaks in the rain where you can quickly get some outside pics. Always a plus, rain is supposed to be good luck on your wedding day!
