@OnceUponATime:  Nice! I actually didn’t do anything extreme to train.. The farthest I could run without stopping is 5 miles. I made sure I ran at least 2 times a week and just did my normal strength training. Honestly, they do make it look a lot more intense than it was. I was seriously so scared and nervous and I really shouldn’t have worried at all. I am still sore today but it was so fun accomplishing it.
