So I was just watching an episode of ‘Say Yes to the Dress’…and I really cannot believe how the sales ladies act on that show when a bride isn’t happy about their dress when it comes in.
I have seen several times where the bride is actually right about the color being wrong or something and they are very pushy and try to convince the bride that they are wrong. Sometimes it is so obvious that the bride is right and the sales lady is just covering their tails.
Is it me or is this bad for business? (I know this isn’t probably the norm but still…)

Wow that’s awful! I’ve only seen that show a few times, but that’s a total turn-off for me in terms of those types of stores. Not that I could afford that story anyways! But if you spend thousands of dollars on a dress, imo, you should get EXACTLY what you ordered and a little butt-kissing to boot.
When I have seen that show, I was bothered a little by some of the people’s attitudes. Very push them in/push them out/get it done. I know it is a business like anything else, but a wedding dress is a HUGE (both emotionally and financially) purchase and if people need some time, let them be!

I’ve seen that once or twice, but I’ve also seen that the people at Kleinfelds usually go out of their way to make the brides happy.
