My FI and I have been talking about trying to do a 2 week Raw or whole foods cleanse. I’ve heard of these but haven’t had luck in finding sample food plans for the week. Could anyone share their resources or efforts in doing something similar?

Are you talking about a liquid type cleanse, or just one to get rid of refined sugars, etc? I hate the concept of liquid cleanses but I have this cookbook, which has lots of wonderful whole foods recipes and explains the nutrition behind it very well:

I wasn’t thinking a liquid one, more getting rid of refined sugars, complex carbs, etc. I’ll check it out, thanks!

Also, http://www.Goop.com is Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog and she outlines a cleanse that is only a few days but very effective. I think Mrs. Pengy did it too.
