nuggetsoflove:  How many cylinder vases will you have?

Are you allowed to place them on the tops of those columns or along the base of the railing?

Who is going to be responsible for bringing all of them to the reception and setting them up in such a short time frame?  I think they would look lovely at your reception, but I don’t know who would coordinate it logistically.

I had a month of coordinator and they were setting up for my reception all morning and afternoon.

nuggetsoflove:  You could cluster them on the gift and guestbook tables, the bar etc. You could elevate some on risers to increase the impact.

louisianablue:  <br />I don’t think the logistics are a big concern. The vases will already be in the room. They can be moved while the room is being reset for the reception.

nuggetsoflove:  If you have the room, you could ask the venue to add a small table next to the gift table, and do a massive cluster of the vases there.

If you want to use the candles alone, I would find something interesting that will elevate the candles- a column, candelabra, piece of architectural salvage etc- somethting that goes with your decor. They don’t look cheap unless you are staring down into them. Elevating them takes care of that.

I think they’d look beautiful clustered around the base of the big huge pillars on the sides of the venue.

Does the bathroom have a lot of counter space? Could also put them there?

nuggetsoflove: I’m not sure where you are from but check Hobby Lobby, Dollarama/Dollar Tree, Michaels etc anymore you can probably search online and find some cheaper candle pillars.
