I use stardream paper on many, many of my invitations. I do not have a laser printer...but I have a really good HP OfficejetPro K8600. I never have trouble with printing on this paper. However, you do have to adjust the settings for printing...the quality and thickness, type of paper, etc. Under "print settings" then go into "properties", it gives you options of paper settings, i.e. plain, photo, transparency, specialty, etc. Also you may want to choose as quality "normal" instead of "best". If you play around with a few different settings, you should be able to make it work. Again, I use this paper all the time without any trouble. If you happen to have a thicker font (fonts unlike something like Edwardian which is a fine delicate print) then sometimes it takes a few more seconds to dry but if you catch each one as they come out and don't allow them to go on top of one another, it won't smear. Good luck! Karen (My clients really do seem to love the stardream papers...)
