I do these every day on an Excel sheet at work. Sounds nerdy, but I’m already on a computer =] I plan on my breakfast, snack, lunch, pre-gym snack, and dinner, and then log what I "actually" eat. By planning food for the day, I ensure that I only pack what I know I will need and eat. I pretty much get hungry like clockwork so that makes it easy. Sometimes I go way off plan, like on a Saturday, so I just make a big sad face and a "tomorrow’s a new day" note. I let myself have 3 cheat "meals" a week, ie cocktails with the girls or a less-than-healthy dinner. Doing accountability posts/logs makes myself stay on track!

GabGal — We started to do this via a weekly Wednesday Weigh-In but the interest seemed to die down … perhaps you can go to that thread and find someone who might be interested in being a check-in buddy with you!
