@Mamalk85:  I’m not an expert by any means, but I would say fake? It looks pretty cloudy to me. Then again, it could just be smudged/dirty from every day wear :]

The stone looks cloudy so I’ll say fake… Though it could just need a cleaning!

Well.. it certainly looks like its on your finger, so I’d say it’s def. not photo shopped.

The cut/facets and cloudiness have me leaning towards fake.

@Mamalk85:  The setting appears to be real but im thinking the center stone might be an older CZ that has started to get a little cloudy.

the only thing i’ll say is that it’s very pretty and very unique considering how popular halos are these day!

I think when you ask people “is this real or fake?!” they’ll lean towards saying fake.

Hi @Mamalk85:  I see you are fairly NEW here on WBee, so first Welcome to “the Hive”

Now for some pretty important info about this website… just so you know, for future reference

Not to rain on your post… but I do feel that this needs to be said !!

The use of the word FAKE particularly when it is used in regards to something being A DIAMOND or NOT A DIAMOND is considered pretty offensive on here…

There are plenty of Bees who don’t have a Diamond for their ERing… be that due to COST OR CHOICE

(An ERing doesn’t have to ba Diamond… it can be whatever a couple decides upon… even no ring at all)

— — —

So all that said…

I am quite happy with the ERing that Mr TTR & I chose…

THE RING you are showing looks pretty REAL TO ME (not a hallucination / photoshop)

And nice.  I’d wear it no matter what it was made of…

Diamond – Moissy – CZ – White Sapphire – White Topaz – White Quartz – Glass – OR even Costume Jewellery Paste.

@Mamalk85:  Take it to a jeweler and ask their opinion 🙂
