I emailed our DOC for the first time since booking on Saturday morning with a few questions (FI and I are relocating to NJ from MO, so it was logisitcal questions and a vendor reccommendation question). Per our contract, we get “unlimited e-mail and phone correspondence and assistance”, with a “standard email response time of one-two business days”. The business days are Tuesday-Saturday. I have no heard from her/her staff. Our contract states that “if you do not recieve an email response within a resonable amount of time, please resend the email”. I have no yet heard from her/her staff.
My questions are not time-sensitive or anything, but I just had a vendor flake out on me so I’m paranoid. I don’t want to be perceieved as pushy or anything (agghhhh, I hate when people do this – I paid for a service so I should get it! But here I am, wanting to be nice), and I know she had a really busy weekend (a wedding Friday, two Saturday, and a tasting/venue tour with an OOT couple Monday) via facebook. But dang it, I demand answers.
So…should I wait until tomorrow to follow up? Or resend an email tonight? Should I call? Or FB?
