@mrspw:  I LOVED and booked a Dufflets cake.  By comparison they were reasonable.  Check out their website.

@mrspw:  Did you get your cake yet? I recommend CC Creations in Brampton http://cccreations.ca/index.html

At my sister’s wedding, there was another wedding going on in the same venue. HER cake looked amazing and then me and a couple cousins made friends with the mother of the bride and tried her cake…It was hands down the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. The fondant was rolled so thin it wasn’t hard and gummy like all the other stuff. So I ended up booking with this company and the prices were $200-300 less than prices quoted at I Do Wedding Cakes and I-Cakes and 100% better tasting!

LOVE I do! Wedding Cakes! They have a line of ready to go cakes! You can ask how much it would cost for one of those cakes, less the flowers. They are so delicious too. We are using them.

My friend is using Chocolatease

The prices are for tiered cakes, with the bottom being as large as what it says. Their prices are better than I do! I believe.

A lot of the Chinese bakery had good deals on plain tier cakes, but make sure they give you something with fondant or buttercream so it can stay non-refridgerated.

I’ll be the third bride to recommend I Do! Wedding Cakes.  We just booked there and got a massive 3 tier for $500.  We’ll be feeding 150ish people.

You could try Casa Dolce in Etobicoke, they are on Browns Line/427 area. I don’t have their # but you could google them… they are SUPER nice people!

I got my cake from Just Temptations in Mississauga – they were a bit pricey but the cake was DELISH. http://www.justtemptations.com/
