The only shop I know of that carries a wide range of items is House of Brides on Chicago Ave and Franklin, right off the brown line el stop.
*bump!*
Anyone know of any good bridal shops in the Lincoln Park area of Ohio?
I only know of 1 bridal shop in the lincoln park/lakeview area (of Chicago) and it is NOT affordable.
I have a few suggestions for places in the burbs if you want!
Here Comes the Bride in Addison, IL
Wedding Belles, in Barrington, IL
Otherwise, I'd try Demetrios Bridal, which I believe is downtown.
Hope this helps!
I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but I went to a higher end bridal shop to try on dresses and then found the dress that I wanted on ebay. It was a sample dress so I had to have it altered, but it saved me several thousand dollars. Just something to think about!
Try www.whitechicago.com I bought my Amsale dress there! The service is fantastic. You have to be ready to buy off the rack though.
you may need to travel a bit thats what I did. I went to a Davids Bridal and just got my dress for $99.. it was origanally $900 and its a Oleg Cassini :) awesome deal.. But Im from Bloomington so it may be easier for me to trravel but I just wanted to let you know they have great deals...good luck!!
One option is also to send out an Etsy Alchemy bid. My dress maker was found through there and lives in Chicago, so that worked out really well!

I am originally from Ohio and was wondering if anyone knows of any bridal shops that are inexpensive in the Lincoln Park/ Lakeview area. Thanks
