Inspired by Mrs Hummingbird, I’m creating a list of "Reasons why I love the Almost-Husband" to present to him the morning of the wedding. We decided not to give each other traditional gifts, but I couldn’t let him escape the morning empty handed.
Mrs. Hummingbird created a list 365 reasons long! (For some reason, I can’t get the link to work, but if you search for "Reasons why I love you" in the WB search, it pops up!) I’m going a bit shorter and giving him 331 reason, one for every day of our engagement.
Here’s where I need your help: How should I present this to him? I’m thinking of sending my Maid/Matron of Honor or Best Man over with it that morning, so that he can read and enjoy it prior to the ceremony. But I don’t want him to pull out a 4 page bullet point list, but I don’t know if I want to go as detailed as, say, a Blurb book (we have so many already!) 🙂
Any crafty bees out there with great ideas? I’d love to hear them!

Super cute. I started writing love letters to my Fiance 60 days out from our wedding and I will put it in a photobook thingy to give to him on our wedding day. 🙂

I don’t know if you have heard of the 1000 cranes thing in Japan, but maybe like a crane chain like they do for Peace (http://www.sover.net/~johnd/pprcrns1.jpg). You could do a chain of hearts with the reasons on them then you could reuse them for any other nights where rose petals may be required, or you could hang them in the corner of your bedroom. You could go old school with idea and make one of the paper chainlink things like we did in elementary school! 😉
You could buy a mini flip animation book (http://www.tsl.state.tx.us/ld/projects/trc/2004/manual/internal_chapters/images/illustrations/E_Illus_Flipbook.gif) and write the reasons on the back side of the pages, the ones that aren’t animated. For that matter it could be any book really…
Does he have a particular hobby that you could play up on? ie like attaching them to fishing bait (the fake kind of course) or something similar? Or decoupage the inside of a wooden box with the reasons so that he can store stuff in it later.
There are a ton of creative ladies around I am sure they will give you a brilliant idea!
