good luck!
OMG thank you for replying! Pls forgive me for asking but how much did everything cost at ReBar? We're having a very small wedding (no more than 50). I noticed your ceremony was at pebble beach. I've heard it's noisy because of the trains and since you're not allowed to have a sound system, your guests can't hear the ceremony. Any help/tips you can off would be very much appreciated. You're wedding photos are beautiful :-)
Hey also wondering if you ladies had any info regarding wedding at Pebble Beach. I am concerned about the noise also and not being able to have a sound system. Any suggestions regarding this, please forward!....Thank you!
Hi All - Hoping you can provide me with some advice. We're having our wedding celebration at reBar over Labor Day weekend. We really wanted to do the ceremony at Brooklyn Bridge Park but apparently no NYC parks issue permits on Holiday weekends. Any suggestions for spots nearby - preferrably outdoors, but if you have a good indoor place in mind that's cool too. Appreciate any tips in advance!
@Blue_Butterflyzz: We wanted Brooklyn Winery but we received quotes for 150 (65,000) and 100 people (33,000) which was way out of our budget!! We are looking at ReBar as well! Good luck!!
We are looking at ReBar for a winter wedding in Jan during Martin Luther King Jr weekend. (That Sunday). I am curious to know some of your experiences with ReBar as well as their recommended vendors and pricing. I had Hilary give me quotes and they seemed very fair and very reasonable. Hilary is the new Intern who is helping Victoria. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Brooklyn Winery is gorgeous, but they definitely charge way more than they should for the location. Williamsburg isn't THAT great.
reBar has been great with communication and they really do seem to offer the best deal. Have you looked into their Sunday special? I believe their pricing goes up in 2013, but it's still reasonably priced.

So this is my 2nd venue of choice. Our first was Brooklyn Winery but the coordinator there hasn't sent me the proposal so we're exploring other options, I love that Victoria has already sent me prices and catering menus. Stupid question: bar prices are listed 12/p/h so let's say I have 50 people. Is it 12x50=600x5(hours)=3,000. If that's a ridiculous question pls forgive me. So then it would be 12x50=600 + 12x5=60 so the total would be 660 for liquor.
For those that have chosen to have there ceremony at Brooklyn Bridge Park/Pebble Beach: how far is the park from ReBar? We might avoid getting limos but I'd like to know if it's let's say walking distance?
If this venue is affordable as it seems to be we might be able to hire a DJ. I see many have recommended DJ Gaza or DJ GS (ReBar's recommendation).
I saw a PP mention a photo booth. That sounds like FUN! How much do those go for?
I was offered the lowrider and regal suite and lounge but it's so hard to tell which is best. Not many wedding party pix of ReBar. I can't really tell what room is depicted in the pix on their site. If any of you have had your wedding there or know someone who has and is willing go share pix please do so.
