    @Mata_Hari:  just put ceremony at such and such.  Reception to follow at such and such at xx time.  Please join us for dinner, drinks and dancing (or whatever you’re having)

    We just put the reception info on both the general invitation and the RSVP, which now seems kind of silly seeings as people sent those back to me, but can’t do anything about that now! I printed out small Google Maps of the reception site from the church (two different towns) for out of town guests, as most of our guests knew where the reception area was.

    We had a reception card but we wanted to include information about the hotel block as well as the construction taking place around the church. If we tried to squeeze that all onto one piece of paper it would have looked really smooshed! If you can fit it all on one piece I woud just do that!
