I'm doing a reception card which will also have a little phrase on it to the effect of "for accomdation/travel informaion, and to RSVP online, please see our website" so that the card will do double duty. I'm only sending RSVP cards to my noninternet saavy guests.
I will be having two seperate cards. One for an invite to the ceremony and the second for reception/lodging info. The two cards will actually be exactly the same style, just different information.
I've seen some people just insert a business card sized paper with the reception information on it and another sheet (1/4 page regular printer paper) with a map.
I think you could easily combine it and it would be fine. It's more 'formal' to have the separate cards, if that matters at all.
Our ceremony/reception was at the same spot, so we didn't run into that issue....
Our invites are diy and I did a seperate card for the reception mainly because they are kinda far apart and we have people coming from overseas and I wanted to make sure they understood that they were seperate.

If your ceremony and reception are at different locations are you having a seperate reception card and a card with directions? I was thinking I could combine these, what have you done?
