We wanted the Monday Night Football theme.
DA-DA DA-DA. DUMDUM, DUMDUM, DA-DA-DA-DA-DA, you get the point :)
Hubby LOVES football and we thought it would be funny since it really only plays for a few seconds. Our stupid DJ played the wrong song though.
I would pick something sort of funny and upbeat. I know there is a lot to choose from.
I would write a list of 6 of yours and his favorite songs then eliminate from there.
Hope this helps....
Oh no! How'd he manage that? Did he at least play a good song?
I don't know how he messed it up, but he knew he got it wrong. Come to think of it, I also have no idea what he played!
We're doing "New York, New York" Frank Sinatra
Our bridal party came into 'I got a feeling' by the Black Eyed Peas. Then the music switched and we came into 'When Love Takes Over' by DJ David Guetta and Kelly Rowland. It has an awesome intro to get the crowd going and then leads into some great pump up music!
Here is a board topic on the subject. We are using My First, My Last, My Everything by Barry White.
Well, my fiance and I are 2 completely inappropriate goofballs... and our friends love us for this. So we chose a meaningful little ditty that's sure to bring tears to everyone's eyes.
We're playing..
ahem...
'Smack My Bitch Up' by Prodigy.
Hope Grandma doesn't suffer a heart attack once it starts playing. Eeesh.
i would've liked to do this if my friend hadn't already used it...that Apache song (jump on it, jump on it) it was alot of fun for us to come out too. but i dont wanna do the same thing as her. so we dont know what we're using yet!!
I don't have any ideas on this yet, but I'm hoping to come up with something really fun, lol. Y'all have some great ideas!
I wanted something rock n' roll and my FI didn't have an opinion, so we entered to Supermassive Black Hole by Muse.
My Bridal party is coming in to "Yeah" by usher and my FH and I are coming in to "Party like a rock star" lol and we may be the 2 most caucasion people you will ever meet with zero rhythm but hey its fun and upbeat!
We have decided on The Dixie Cups "Going to the Chapel of Love" !
I love oldies! :)

I'm sure there's a post talking about this but I haven't seen it. What song are you guys going to play when you're being introduced at the reception? We're not sure yet. I know it has to be upbeat but its difficult to choose!
