    If money is no problem, I would do both. It would make the guests and your father happy.

    I’m Italian and know that my family would appreciate both if the budget allowed. Have you thought about Sambuca or limoncello being served? I know some venues offer a cordial cart when the coffee/tea/espresso is served, so maybe this can all be incorporated? Or even incorporate some common Italian spirits into signsture cocktails? There is this delicious one that uses Prosecco, Pellegrino sparkling water, St Germain liqueur and I believe lemon juice…..it is so delicious!!
