I am getting married at Lake Mary Events Center. They have a nice scenic view. I am not sure what your budget is or what exactly "cheap" means but you get a lot for the price. Its around $2400 to rent on a Sunday and its cheaper on weekdays. Hope it helps!

We need one! We're having a low key wedding reception of less than 100 people...probably somewhere between 60-75. We want it to be more casual than not & I would love for it to be outside; or somewhere that you can venture outside. & CHEAP. I know that last bit doesn't come easy but that is our biggest feat right now...we need it to be cheap. Where we wanted to have it is a community place where you can rent gazebos etc however they won't allow us to have a "wedding reception" there...ugh.
