That Barn in Charlotte, if it is what I think it is is very nice.
Did you try Eagle Eye? I am not sure about the outside catering but I know they have some pretty large rooms.
Just off the top of my head a few places. not sure if they fit your needs but in case you were not aware of them

I am in over my head, I am looking to have a wedding for 350-400 people in almost any area but I need to be able to have outside catering. I prefer the Okemos/Lansing area but we are also looking in Jackson, Ann Arbor area as well. I find Post 29 in Jackson which will fit 323, and a 400 person barn in Charlotte, I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything else??
